The brief
We are rebuilding the first-run experience of our iOS wallet. The current flow loses 41% of people at the seed-phrase step, and exit interviews say the same thing every time: it feels like a test they might fail.
Design five screens that get someone from a cold install to a backed-up wallet without that dread.
Deliverables
- Welcome, create-or-import, seed reveal, seed confirm, done — light and dark.
- One annotated flow frame showing the decision points.
- Components published to a page named Handoff.
How we judge
- Does the seed step read as routine rather than as a warning?
- Does it work at 375pt without a scroll on the confirm screen?
- Is the copy yours, or ours reworded? We would rather it were yours.
Tamper-evident brief
This text hashes to the value stored in the escrow at creation. If a word changes, the hash stops matching and the page says so.

14Hidden until a winner is picked
Renders stay encrypted on IPFS until Ledgerline selects. The decryption key is released by the contract at the same moment the winner is paid.
